We are a small team of HR Consultants, providing commercial and practical advice to our clients. We are a bit different from other HR companies in that we’re not just there when things go wrong – we support clients through all stages of the HR cycle, from helping them identify the right talent, recruitment and selection, induction, managing performance, training and development, succession planning, employee engagement and everything else!

We work with SMEs, ranging from family businesses, professional services, businesses that are growing and charities/social enterprises.

Our clients are across Scotland, although we’re based in Fife we cover the whole of Scotland.
