At Fife Networking, we believe in the power of conversation. That’s why we’re proud to announce our partnership with Andys Man Club, a men’s suicide prevention charity dedicated to breaking down the barriers surrounding men’s mental health.

In a world where the pressure to “man up” and keep emotions hidden runs deep, Andys Man Club is a beacon of hope, offering free-to-attend peer-to-peer support groups across the United Kingdom and online. Their message is clear: It’s okay to talk.

With over 120 support groups nationwide, Andys Man Club provides a safe and judgment-free space where men can open up about the storms affecting their lives. Every Monday from 7PM, except bank holidays, these groups offer a lifeline to men who may be struggling in silence.

And here’s the best part: there’s no pressure to speak.

Men can simply listen if they prefer, knowing they’re surrounded by others who understand and empathise.

But Andys Man Club isn’t just a support group—it’s a movement. With over 2800 men attending sessions every week and a dedicated team of 900+ volunteers, the impact is palpable. Week by week, the organisation is changing lives and challenging the stigma that surrounds men’s mental health.

At Fife Networking, we’re delighted to stand alongside Andys Man Club in their mission to end the silence and promote the message that #ItsOkayToTalk.

Through our partnership, we’re committed to raising awareness, offering support, and making a difference in the lives of men across the country.

So, let’s start the conversation. Let’s break down the walls of silence and shame. Together, we can create a world where men feel empowered to seek help, share their struggles, and find hope in the power of talking.

Join us in supporting Andys Man Club and together, let’s make a difference.
