Hurles Blinds is a small family run business supplying all types of window blinds and Colonial Interior Shutters to homeowners all over Fife and the surrounding areas.

In May 2016 I decided to take a chance and leave a full time Management Position to take over my Fathers Blinds Business and re-brand it as my own under the name of Hurles Blinds. My Father and I have worked together over the last 25 years but always on a part time basis, with me helping I’m out when required.

I decided to take a chance and focus on building the business name into something that could be a full time occupation for me. So keeping the family name in the title I have spent the last 2 years building on advertising, social media presence and general local awareness of the business name and services.

There is a lot of competition out there but I believe that my small family run business offers a great service, good value for money and a friendly, no-pressure experience.

Working from home gives me the flexibility to make appointments with customers to suit them. I offer a free survey service where I visit my customer in their home to take measurements and discuss their options depending on the type of blind they are looking for.

I have a wide range of fabrics and finishes so there is always something to suit every taste, no matter what your budget is.

As well as offering made to measure Colonial style interior shutters, I can supply the following types of blinds:-

Verticals (or Louvres) – Fabric, PVC or Vinyl finishes
Venetians (metal or wood finish)
Rollers (Domestic and Commercial finish)
Roman Blinds
Perfect Fit Blinds (Roller, Venetian or Pleated)
Pleated blinds (standard or thermal grade)

I have also recently taken on board new suppliers who can offer Bespoke treatments to allow customer to use their own fabric to create a one of a kind Designer Roller blind.

I can now also offer a new window treatment just coming onto the market – the Allusion vertical blind which offers a touch of elegance using vertical fabric vanes to create a blend of vertical & drape.

All blinds I supply comply with Child Safe Legislation as standard.
